The incorporation of a PLC operating system and specialized actuators facilitates rapid and effortless format or program changes, making it ideal for high-speed palletizer operations. Various palletizing patterns can be stored in the PLC for seamless execution.
Furthermore, the high-level palletizer includes a secure treading platform for accessing elevated machine parts, an empty-pallet magazine, an evacuation roller conveyor, and a full-pallet parking roller conveyor, making it suitable for gantry palletizer systems.
The high-level push-type palletizer is equipped with safety devices that meet current international standards, ensuring a secure operational environment for both high-speed and gantry palletizer applications.

For most countries, VPEKS Automation can help clients with door-to-door shipping services. Air shipping is fast but expensive, and it’s a good choice for urgent orders, taking only 7-10 days max. Sea shipping is the most economical shipping method, and depending on the destination seaport, shipping times range from 15 to 45 days.
Q: What is the packing speed of the machine? The actual speed may be influenced by factors such as material viscosity, density, volume, weight, etc., and the speed of the dosing system (piston for liquid, combination scale for granules, and augur filler for powder).
Q: Do you have certificates? VPEKS Automation has been certified by reputable certification bodies.
Q: How do I test the machine before shipping?
Once the machine is finished, VPEKS Automation will run it for over 72 hours and send a test video to you. Of course, you can also come in person or hire a third-party organization to inspect our factory.
